A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING
A EASEMENT OFFERED BY LIME BAY CONDOMINIUM,INC.
FOR A SIDEWALK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION I:That the Sidewalk easement offered by Lime Bay
Condominium,Inc., is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record
said easement in the Official Records of Broward County, Florida.

EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made thisL _day of Q,1980, between LIME BAY
CONDOMINIUM, INC., party of the first art an CITY OF TAMARAC, a municipal
corporation, of the State of Florida, party of the second part.
°"`. WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the party of the first part is the owner of the property situate in
Broward County, Florida, and described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made
a part hereof, and,
WHEREAS, the party of the second part desires an easement for a sidewalk on,
over and across said property, and,
WHEREAS, the party of the first part is willing to grant such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants each to the
other running and one dollar and other good and valuable considerations the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part does
hereby grant unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns,
full and free right and authority to construct, maintain, repair, install
and rebuild facilities for above stated purpose and does hereby grant a
perpetual easement on, over and across the above described property for said
purpose.

One, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 82,
Page 29 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida; the
centerline of which is more particularly described as follows:

COMMENCING at t8e Northeast corner of said LIME BAY, Section One,
thence .North 88 59'10 West along the North line thereof, a distance
of 13.88 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; the last described point
being further described as being on thearc of a circular curve to
the left, whose radius point bears South 24°4913311 East from the
last described point; thence Southwesterly along the arc of said
curve, having a radius of 50.00 feet, an arc distance of 29.00
feet, more or less, to a point on the Easterly edge of an existing
4.0 foot concrete sidewalk.
