BIESTERFELD AND DIANA R. BIESTERFELD FOR THE GREEN THUMB GARDEN CENTER BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMAR.AC, FLORIDA: SECTION I:That the Easement Deed offered by Joseph W. Biesterfeld and Diana R. Biesterfeld of Green Thumb Garden Center and the -City of Tamarac for the right of ingress and egress to the property known as Green Thumb Garden Center, description of which is attached as Exhibit "A". BIESTERFELD and DIANA R. BIESTERFELD, his wife, 6115 North University Drive, Tamarac, Florida, parties of the first part, and CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, 5811 N. W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida, 33321, party of the second part, WHEREAS, the first parties are the owners of a parcel of land located within the CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, and, WHEREAS, the party of the second part desires to obtain the right of ingress and egress on to the property of the parties of the first part for the purpose of all reasonable and necessary vehicular traffic in connection with canal access and maintenance being then conducted by the party of the second part, and, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part to the parties of the first part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the parties of the first part grant and convey to the party of the second part, and its successors forever, the right and easement of ingress and egress upon the following described real property lying in the City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida: SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said right and easement unto the party of the second part, and its successors forever.
