A RESOLUTION RELEASING A MAINTENACE BOND
POSTED BY UNITED FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
OF BROWARD COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COU NCLL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:'FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Maintenance Bond in the amount of $4,325.23 was posted by United
Federal Savings and Loan Association as Principal through Fidelity
and Deposit Company of Maryland as Surety for United Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Broward County, Covering Improvements
at the University Drive Branch.
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 11980.
