A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
DRAINAGE EASEMENT OFFERED BY TRACT 76
CORP. FOR CYPRESS III (WOODMONT TRACTS
68 and 77) PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the drainage easement offered by
Tract 76 Corp. for Cypress III (Woodmont Tracts 68 & 77) project
is hereby approved and accepted.
Section 2: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed
to record said easement in the Official Records of Broward County,
Florida.

THIS EASEMENT, executed this 6th day of _
May 1980, by
TRACT 76 CORP., hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", to the CITY OF TAMARAC,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
WIT-NESSETH:
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee to the Grantor, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the Grantor hereby grants unto the Grantee, its successors and
assigns, a non-exclusive easement for drainage purposes over, across, under and
through the lands described on Exhibit A, annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns,
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has caused these presents to be signed
the day and year first above written.

ORSCRIPTION: DRAINAGE EASEMENT
A portion of the Southwest one —quarter (SW'4) of Section 4, Township 49 South,
Range 41 East, being more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 12 feet in width, lying 6 feet to the right and 6 feet to
-.the left, as measured at right angles to, the following described centerline:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of said Section 4; THENCE
North 00*10105 West, along the West line of said Section 4, a distance.of
100.00 feet to the Point of Curvature of a circular curve concave Southwesterly;
THENCE Northerly and Northwesterly along the arc of said curve, having a
radius of 2400.00 feet, a central angle of 31'24145" and an arc distance
of 1315.80 feet, to a point, said point bears North 58'25110" East from the
radius point of the last described curve, the last two said courses being
coincident with the centerline of Northwest 88th Avenue ab recorded in
Official Records Book 6450, at Page 688 of the Public Records of.Browaid
County, Florida; THENCE South 89'06'19" East, a distance of 404.36 feet
to a point of intersection with the Westerly boundary of LAND SECTION IV
GOLF COURSE as recorded in Plat Book 88 at Page 20 of the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida, said point of intersection also being the
Point of Beginning of this description; THENCE South 69'12959" East, a
distance of 222.92 feet to the Point of Termination of this described
centerline, the sides of this easement to be shortened or lengthened so as to
Intersect the said Westerly boundary of LAND SECTION IV GOLF COURSE, and the
Westerly boundary of that certain canal described in Official Records Book
6450, at Page 688 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
Said lands situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida.
