R- 90- d A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY GRANT OFFER IN THE AMOUNT OF $117,965.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR A SEWER SYSTEM EVALUATION SURVEY (SSES) (ASSISTANCE IDENTIFICATION NO. C 120753010) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: • SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac accepts the offer for a United States Environmental Protection Agency Grant in the amount of $117,965.00.(Assistance Identification No. C- 120753010). SECTION 2: The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute an Assistance Agreement, attached as "Exhibit A", and that the City Manager serve as representative for the City of Tamarac in the acceptance and administration of the grant.
