CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
1 RESOLUTION NO. R- 70-�/D
2 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER OF
PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR TAMWAY/GRAYSTONE
3 FAIRWAYS III PROJECT- PETITION # 28-Z-80
4 WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code provides that
5 Council may grant a limited waiver of the off-street parking and
loading requirements whenever a hardship would exist by adhering
to strict application thereof, and further provides that the waiver
8 would not be detrimental to public safety, health and welfare of the
9 citizens of the City; and
10 WHEREAS, a hardship exists at the Tamway/Graystone Fairways III
11 Projact to eliminate three (3) parking spaces required for the
12 Recreation Building; and
13 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
14 thereon and has made a recommendation; and
15 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on the
16 limited waiver requested in the application of Tamway/Graystone for
17 Fairways III Project at the Southwest Corner of NW 84th Terrace and
Lagos de Campo Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
20 TAMARAC. FLORIDA:
21 SECTION 1: That the application for a limited waiver to
22 Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code to eliminate three (3) parking
23 spaces required for the Recreation Building and such limited
24 waiver would not be detrimental to public safety, health and
25 welfare of the citizens of the City.
26 SECTION 2:This Resolution will become effective immediately
27 upon its final passage.
