A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT TAMARAC
STEAK RESTAURANT-5825 N. UNIVERSITY DRIVE -PETITION 30-Z-80
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the consumption of
alcoholic beverages on the premises at 5825 N. University Drive,
Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been
given the opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petit]
for special exception would be in keeping with the public health,
safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac. -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the petition for special exception to permit the
consumption of alcoholic beverages at Tamarac Steak Restaurant,
5825 N. University Drive, is hereby APPROVED.

SECTION 2:Conditions of approval: 2) 2 A.M. closing
