R-80-o2/at A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED FROM BAY COLONY PROPERTY COMPANY, INC., TO THE CITY.OF TAMARAC FOR A-60-FOOT ROAD RIGHT-OF-L,IAY FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS MCNAB PLAZA NORTH. WHEREAS, Bay Colony Property Company, Inc., has offered to the City of Tamarac a 60-foot road right-of-way for the project known as McNab Plaza North; and WHEREAS, the Special Warranty Deed has been reviewed by the City Attorney and City Engineer, who have issued their recommendations thereon; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interests of the City to approve and accept the dedication by the Special Warranty Deed of said 60-foot road right-of-way. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Special Warranty Deed offered by Bay Colony Property Company, Inc., to the City of Tamarac for a 60-foot road right-of-way for the project known as McNab Plaza North, a copy of said instrument being attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby approved and accepted by the City of Tamarac. SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record said Special -Warranty Deed in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
