CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-80-217
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A PERSON WHO SHALL
WORK AS LIAISON AGENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES' PROJECT MANAGER ON ALL MATTERS
CONCERNING THE STATE AQUATIC PLANT CONTROL FUNDING
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council, hereinafter referred to as the
Authority, is a local authority as defined in the Department of
Natural Resources' administrative rules Chapter 16C-15, and
WHEREAS, the Authority acknowledges the necessity of
assigning a person to act as a liaison agent on all matters
concerning the State Aquatic Plant Control Funding Program
with the department's project manager, and
WHEREAS, the Authority shall appoint a person as liaison
agent to work on all matters concerning the State Aquatic Plant
Control Funding Program with the Department of Natural Resources
Project Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Assistant City Manager, currently
named Laura Z.Stuurmans. shall work with the Department of
Natural Resources' Project Manager as Liaison agent on all
matters concerning the State Aquatic Plant Control Funding
Program and who is knowledgeable of all provisions in the
Department of Natural Resources' administrative rules Chapter
16C-15.
SECTION 2: This Resglution shall become effective upon
its passage.
