CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- Fo-,2/7
A RESOLUTION NAMING A STREET AS _
N.W. 77TH WAY IN TAMARAC, FLORIDA. T
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a street located
280-feet± west of and parallel to the west right-of-way of University
Drive and being 430-feet± in length,as shown on the map attached
hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, is unnamed; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for public safety purposes that
said street be named; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to name said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The recitations set forth above are true and
correct.
SECTION 2: Said street described in the first whereas
clause is hereby named NORTHWEST 77TH WAY.
SECTION 3: A copy of this resolution shall be furnished to
the Tamarac Police Department, Tamarac Fire Department, United States
Postal Service, Broward County Emergency Medical Services, and the
Board of County Commissioners for Broward County.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediatel
upon adoption.
