RESOLUTION NO. R-80-,2,2
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT VARSALONA
RESTAURANT - 7146 UNIVERSITY DRIVE, IN THE
FAMILY MART SHOPPING PLAZA, PETITION #1-Z-80.
WHEREAS, the Code of the Cityi.,of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the consumption of beer and
wine on the premises at 7146 University Drive, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
the consumption of beer and wine at the Varsalona Restaurant, 7146
University Drive, is hereby APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval (if any):
PASSED,.ADOPTED AND APPROVED this / day of 11980.
