CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 90 -9aZ
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF
A PORTION OF A CASH BOND POSTED BY F.G.
AND BROS. MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
WHEREAS, F.G. and Bros. Management Company deposited with the
City, a check in the amount of $5,000.00 to defray the cost of the
City in implementing an agreement to waive objections to the
removal of the Trustee of the Internal Improvement Fund canal
reservations and request the release by the South Florida Water
Management District; and
WHEREAS, the cost to the City has been determined and the
Council wishes to return the difference between the $5,000.00 and
its costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARA(
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
cause to refund the amount of $4,000.00 to F.G. and Bros. Management
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /1-4/-day of 662r� , 19801
