RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES AND CHANGES
APPLICABLE TO THE UTILITY OWNED BY THE CITY
OF TAMARAC SERVING CUSTOMERS WEST OF STATE
ROAD 7
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

SECTION 1: The Rate Schedule set forth below shall be
applicable to all customers of the water and sewer utility served
by the City of Tamarac for customers west of State Road 7;

M. Reimbursement for Extra Expenses $10.00 $20.00
(Normal working hours are defined as 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.;
N. Customers outside of the corporate limits of the City
receiving service shall, in addition to the rates set, pay
a surcharge of 250.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
