RESOLUTION NO. R-807
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND NINE AT -
M 11NIW,- ' S ,RESTAURANT, LOCATED: -IN THE PLAZA del SOL

WHEREAS, the Code of the City; -of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to.permit.the consumption of beer and
wine on the premises at PLAZA del-SOL PLAZA~.-, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE,` BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0:
TAhIARAC , FLORI DA :
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to perm:
the consumption of beer and wine at the PANNINO'S RESTAURANT,at
