A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR

WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the Administration
to go to bid at its meeting on July 9, , 198Q , and
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale Newea
newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on August 19
and August 26 198 0 and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on September 4 ,198 0 , and
WHEREAS, Triple R Paving,.Inc. is the lowest fully responsive
and responsible bidder:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the bid of Triple R Paving, Inc
in the amount of $147,404.55 for Drainage Improvements
in Westwood Community 6, on NW 103rd Avenue, is hereby approved.
