CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. #R- ?0-a,,29
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA
STATE LODGE, FRATERNAL ORDER
OF POLICE.
WHEREAS, the Florida State Lodge, Fraternal Order of
Police and the City have negotiated in good faith, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation
of the negotiating team to approve an agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the Agreement between the City of Tamarac and
the Florida State Lodge, Fraternal Order of Police is hereby
approved for a term to expire September 30,1982. This Agreement
is on file in the City Clerk's Department.
SECTION_12„That the Mayor, City Manager and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute this document.
