A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VACATION OF ROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR WOODMONT SECTION 4-TRACT 47
NORTH GOLF COURSE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That'the Vacation of Road Right-of-way for Tract 47
WOODMONT SECTION 4-NORTH GOLF COURSE,CITY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI,Plat
Book 88,Page 20
copy of which description is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2: The City of Tamarac is cognizant of the requirements
of Section 177..101. F.S., and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special
Acts of 1953, as amended from time to time, which sets forth a
procedure for partial vacation dedications granted in plats and this
vacation.is contingent upon approval by the Broward County Board of
County Commissioners and satisfaction of all requirements of Section
177.101 F.S. and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1953,
as amended from time to time, within one year of the date of this '
approval.
SECTION 3:This Resolution shall become effective upon its
adoption. -

(CITY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI)
A portion of Tract A, LAND SEC. 4 GOLF COURSE PLAT,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 88, Page 20, of the Public Records of Broward
County, Florida described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of Section 4,
Township 49 South, Range 41 East; thence South 890
46' 28" East, along the North boundary of said Sec-
tion 4, a distance of 15.01 feet; thence South 000
10' 05" East, along a line 15.00 feet East of and
parallel with the West boundary of said Section 4,
a distance of 736.54 feet to the POINT OF BEGIN-
NING; thence continue South 000 10' 05" East,
along said parallel line, 232.74 feet; thence North
840 10' 05" West, 15.08 feet to a point on afore-
said West boundary of Section 4; thence North 00°
10' 05" West, along said West boundary, 185.00
feet; thence North 170 49' 55" East, 48.54 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
