RESOLUTION NO. R-80-232
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR LAW
ENFORCEMENT COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY
INSURANCE- BID 4� 80-24
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration
to go to bid at its meeting on September 5, , 1980•, and,
WHEREAS, Bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News
a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on September 12
and September 19 1980, and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on October 15 ,1980, and
TiHEREAS, Admiral Insurance Agency, Inc. for American Centennia
Insurance Company is the lowest fully responsive and responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the bid of Admiral Insurance Agency for
American Centennial Insurance Company in the amount of
$14,637, is hereby approved, subject to the inclusion of the City
as a named insured.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of October 71980.
