RESOLUTION NO. R- D -.23 3
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE
REQUESTED BY CONTINENTAL K"
WHEREAS, Continental Plaza has requested a waiver from the Sign
Ordinance No. 80-34 governing ground signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Continental Plaza for ground sign located at 6635 W. Commercial Boulevard, is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval: Ground Sign to be filled in
below the verbiage and to be erected one -foot (1') south of the curbing on
the west end of the parking lot on Commercial Boulevard.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 22nd day of October, 1980.
