CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 80-234
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY COMMERCIAL GARDEN MALL
WHEREAS, COMMERCIAL GARDEN MALL has requested a waiver
from the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 governing directory signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this
request and has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said
waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Waiver to the Sign Ordinance
requested by Commercial Garden Mall for directory sign for Carlone's
Restaurant only, Located at 7151 W. Commercial Blvd., is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval: Receipt of a letter
from the owner stating that no additional business names will be
added to this particular directory sign and no other directory
sign will be applied for in this shopping center.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 27nd day.,of October, 1980.
