CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 4 -,?o - ..23 6
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ASSIGNMENT
OF RECREATION LEASE TO MAINLANDS SEVEN
MAINTENANCE CORP., INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac,by Resolution 11o. 39-69
dated June 16, 1969, accepted an assignment from Gehring Corpo-
ration, Inc. of the Lessee's interest of a Recreation Lease in
Mainlands of Tamarac Lake Seventh Section; and
WHEREAS, the Mainlands Seven Maintenance Corp., Inc.,
a Homeowners Association, has requested the City to assign said
Lessee's interest to the corporation and have agreed to accept
the same; and f
WHEREAS, after investigation it does not appear that
the City would be adversely affected by making the requested
assignment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY tHE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby assigns to
the Mainlands Seven Maintenance Corp., Inc., any rights, duties,
obligations or servitudes which it may have under that certain
Recreation Lease dated June 1, 1969, and recorded on June 24,
1969, in Official Records Book 3961, Page 911, of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida; and
V
SECTION 2: That the appropriate officials of the City
of Tamarac are hereby authorized to execute the Assignment on
behalf of the City.
