CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-fD-a o
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT FOR
SARTORI PROPERTY
WHEREAS, a plat has been submitted for approval by
the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Tamarac has reviewed said plat and has made recommendation for
approval, adoption and execution of said plat by the City of Tamarac;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plat
and has made recommendation for approval and acceptance of said plat
by the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of
approving said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That upon recommendation of the Planning
Commission and the City Engineer, the plat submitted for approval

be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute said plat subject to the payment
of $130. an acre for the drainage and subject to the payment of
retention based on $35,000. an acre. The drainage fee -is permanent
but if a lake is built to cover the required retentionlor that
portion is built, that the refund will be made for any retention
provided.
SECTION 3:
That the Development
Review
Requirements
of the Broward County Land
Use Plan appear to have
been
satisfied.

SECTION 4: That they execute a Development Review
Agreement and that the proper City Officials are authorized to sign and
,that any refund for part or all of the retention be handled by
;Council action.
