CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY TAMARAC STEAK ENTER-
PRISES, DOING BUSINESS AS ZACKS
WHEREAS, TAMARAC STEAK ENTERPRISES, DOING BUSINESS
AS ZACKS has requested a waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34,
I and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee has reviewed
this request and has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has reviewed
(said request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance
requested by Tamarac Steak Enterprises, doing business as Zacks, for
a sign on each of the North, South, and East faces of the building
located at•5825 North University Drive, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval: Subject to the
approval of the building department.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
upon adoption.
