A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
EASEMENT BY THE CITY TO BROWARD COUNTY
FOR A PUMPING STATION AND SANITARY SEWERAGE
LINES IN LAND SECTION 13. TRACT 8.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute an easement by the City to Broward County
for a pumping station and sanitary sewerage lines in Tract 8 of Land
Section 13.

EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE made this/(�'.%'doay of W ,19 F-D , between
the City of Tamarac, party of the first part, and BROWARD COUNTY, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, party of the second part.
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, the party of the first part is.the owner of property situate in
Broward County, Florida, and described as follows:
EXHIBIT "A" attached
and,
WHEREAS, the parties desire to correct the legal description of an easement
as recorded in the Office of Records, County of Broward, OR 8124, Pages 824,
825 & 826, and
WHEREAS, the party of the second part desires an easement for a pumping
station and sanitary sewerage lines on said property, and
WHEREAS, the party of the first part is willing to grant such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants each to the
other running and one dollar and other good and valuable considerations, the
party of the first part does hereby grant unto the party of the second part,
full and free right and authority to construct, maintain, repair, install,
and rebuild sanitary sewerage facilities and appurtenances adjacent thereto
to be installed from time to time on and do hereby grant a perpetual easement
in, over, under, through, upon and/or across the above described lands for
said purposes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of Tamarac has caused its corporate name
to be hereunto signed and its corporaseal affixed, b s proper office
thereunto duly authorized, on this 1�day of�� 1980.
