RESOLUTION NO. R- O-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
LANDSCAPE BOND POSTED BY VANBOTS OF SABAL
PALM FOR THE GARDENS OF SABAL PALM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Landscape Bond No. 885140 posted
by Vanbots of Sabal Palm, Inc., as Principal, and Seaboard Surety
Company, as Surety, in the amount of $45,000.00, to guarantee
completion of landscaping at the Gardens of Sabal Palm, is hereby
released.
