RESOLUTION NO. R- 9-d- o2S'
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT LETTER OF CREDIT
FOR HEFTLER HOMES.
BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit in the amount
of $262,597.15
posted for Heftler Homes is hereby released subject to
receipt of:
(1) Bond in the amount of $22,290.00 for sidewalks
not yet constructed;
(2) Warranty bond in the amount of $79,340.43
representing 25% of certified actual costs;
(3) Additional Engineering fees in the amount of
$2,013.37, which have been paid on November 6,
1980.
