CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.,e$6-aS6,
A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE SALARY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Council appointed and set the salary of its
City Attorney, Arthur M. Birken, in Resolution No. 78-83, as amended by
Resolution No. 79-244; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wants to increase the salary of its
City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The salary of City Attorney Arthur M. Birken is
hereby increased to $44,000.00 per annun effective October 1, 1980.
SECTION 2: Any provision of Resolution No. 78-83, as amended by
Resolution No. 79-244, not in conflict with any provision of this Resolution
shall remain in full force and effect. Any provision of Resolution No. 78-83, as
amended by Resolution NO. 79-244, in conflict with any provision of this
Resolution are repealed to the extent of the conflict.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall be effective immediately
upon adoption.
