RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH H.L.R., INC.,
FOR DRAINAGE -IMPROVEMENTS IN WESTWOOD COM-
MUNITY SIX ALONG THE WEST LINE OF NORTHWOOD II.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Agreement between the City and H.L.R., Inc.,
of October 6, 1980 for drainage improvements in Westwood Community
Six along the West line of Northwood II, shall be amended as set forth
in Exhibit "1", a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City.

EXHIBIT "l"
IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the CITY OF TAMARAC, a
municipal corporation of the State of Florida, and HLR, INC., a Florida
corporation, as follows:
1. On October 6, 1980, the parties hereto did ehter into a
Development Agreement pertaining to the lands described upon Exhibit "A"
annexed hereto and known as Northwood II.
2. The parties agree that said Development Agreement is
hereby modified by changing the sum of $49,12 5.00 as set forth in paragraph
2(C) and 2(E) of the ]development Agreement, to $19,125.00.
3. Except as modified above herein, all terms of said Development
Agreement are hereby ratified and affirmed.
IN WI7WESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands
and seals on the date set forth under their respective signatures.

in Plat Book 1, Page 102, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida,
being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest
corner of said Section 5; thence S. 00° 06' 44" E., along the West line of
