CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OFFERED BY WOODVIEW LTD. FOR THE WOODVIEW TRACT 38
PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale for all water distribution and
sewage collection system improvements, together with all appurtenances attached
thereto, lying within the public rights -of -way or utility easements as provided
for in the Plat of Tract 38, Phase I, recorded in Plat Book 103, Page 34, of the
Public Records of Broward County offered by Woodview Ltd., is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record said
Bill of Sale, copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", in the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida.

and State of Florida, Party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten .($10.00) Dollars
lawful money of the United States, to be paid by The City of Tamarac, a municipal
of The State of Fla., 5811 N . W . 88th Ave . , Tamarac, Fla. Partpf the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, ha s granted, bargained, sold, transferred and delivered,
and by these presents do es grant, bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto the said part y of the second
part, it's successors and executors, administrators and assigns, the following
goods and chattels:
All of the Water Distributions and Sewage collection
system improvements. All of the road systems, side-
walks, and valley gutters; together with all appurt-
enances attached thereto, which lie within the Public
Rights of Way or within utility easements provided for
same in the Plat of Tract 38, Phase. I, recorded in Plat
Book 103, Page 34 of the Public Records of Broward County.
.All of the above further described in "as -built" plans
for Tract 38, Phase I, a copy of which is on file with
the City of Tamarac.

Dated: July 7, 1980 and October 17, 1980 and November 12,1980
To Have and to hold the same unto the said party of the second part, it's successors
executors, administrators and assigns forever.
AND it does , for it and it's heirs, executors
and administrators, covenant to and with the said part y of the second part, it ' s executors,
administrators and assigns, that it is the lawful owner of the said goods and
chattels; that they are free from all encumbrances; that it has good right to sell the
same aforesaid, and that it will warrant and defend the sale of the said property, goods and
chattels hereby made, unto the said part y of the second part it's successors executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.
