R- gO 2& A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL RESERVATION ON WOODMONT TRACTS 67 AND 68 LYING WITHIN TRACT 26 OF LAND SECTION 5 - TOWNSHIP 49-S- RANGE 41E, SFWMD #12343. WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state any objection it may have to release of Canal reservation across the property described herein, and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and has recommended the City file no objection to such release. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORI DA : SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to the release of canal reservation on Woodmont Tracts 67 and 68 lying within Tract 26 of Land Section 5 - Township 49 S - Range 41E, SFWMD #12343, Exhibit "A" and "B" attached hereto.
