CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT
CARLONE'S CUISINE RESTAURANT, 7111 W.COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD IN COMMERCIAL GARDEN MALL - PETITION 49-Z-80
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of
Special Exception to permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises
at 7111 West Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given the
opportunity to express their views concerning the application for Special
Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition for
Special Exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety and general
welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for Special Exception to permit the
consumption of alcoholic beverages at Carlone's Cuisine Restaurant, 7111 West
Commercial Boulevard in Commercial Garden Mall, is hereby APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any) 1) 2 A.M. local time closing
and 2) license is not transferable.
