A RESOLUTION A14ARDING A BID FOR STORM
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT- ENGINEERS PROJECT
1707-2A- BID # 80-30_- McNab Road and
N.W. 88th Avenue Intersection.
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration to go to
bid at its meeting on October 8, ,1980, and,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News a newspape
of general circulation in Broward County on October 22, 28 and
November 18,1980, and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on November 20 ,1980, and
WHEREAS, Triple R Paving,Inc. is the lowest fully
'responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the bid of Triple R Paving,Inc.
in the amount of $74,280.00 is hereby approved.
