A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SURETY
BOND FOR MONTWOOD TRACTS 47, 48 AND 50.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Surety Bond No. 602937 in the
amount of $52,264.50 posted for utility services at Montwood Tracts
47, 48 and 50 by Montwood, Inc., as Principal, and Fidelity and
Deposit Company of Maryland, as Surety, is hereby released subject to
receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $5,958.00.
