CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER,
7710 N. UNIVERSITY DRIVE, TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, University Medical Center has requested a waiver from
the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 governing signs being required to face a street; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
University Medical Center, 7710 North University Drive, for a wall sign on the south
side of the building, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2 : Conditions of Approval (if any) : To be identical
to the sign on the east wall.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this-04/ay of XJ 1980.
