CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- �
A RESOLUTION APPROVING P WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY FENTON DECORATORS
6654 N.W. 57th Strut, Tamarac.._.
WHEREAS, . Fenton Decorators has requested a waiver from
the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 to permit a sign on the rear_ of<the bruilding and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Fenton Decorators, 6654 N.W. 57th Street, Tamarac, `, for a wall sign on the
rear of the building :9 is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any):
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
