RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY GLORIA & MAGGIE'S
DOG BEAUTY SALON, INC., 6660 N.W. 57TH
STREET.
WHEREAS, Gloria & Maggie's Dog Beauty Salon, Inc. has requested
a waiver from the Sign Ordinance No.75-43 governing mansard wall signs;
and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has reviewed said waiver
and has made recommendation thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Gloria & Maggie's Dog Beauty Salon, Inc. for a mansard wall sign
located in the Financial Federal Plaza, 6660 N.W. 57th Street, is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
