R -/?0 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VACATION OF COVENANT FOR THE WOODMONT NORTH GOLF COURSE. WHEREAS, certain lands on or adjoining a portion of the Woodmont North Golf Course have been rezoned and are not used for golf course purposes any longer, and WHEREAS, the rezonings have necessitated the vacation of the covenant to allow a reasonable use of rezoned property, and WHEREAS, the City has received a copy of a new covenant which would restrict the use of properties that have been rezoned to S-1 uses. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Vacation of Covenant for the WOODMONT NORTH GOLF COURSE, Parcels R-1 through R-10 between the City and Tract 76 Corporation and the City National Bank of Miami, as Trustee #5003183, copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A," is hereby approved. SECTION 2: That the appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized to execute said Vacation of Covenant. R. Book 6450, Page 729 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, executed August 26, 1975, by SIMON ZUNAMON, and the terms of the Covenant as recorded in 0. R. Book 6890, Page 26, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, executed December 21, 1976, by SIMON ZUNAMON, as Trustee, all of the real property as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, which property was previously zoned S-1 and subject to the terms of the recorded Covenants as recited above. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, pursuant to Resolution No. R-80-6, and pursuant to the authority as reserved unto it by Ordinance No. 72-14, joined by CITY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, as Trustee under the provisions of that certain Trust Agreement dated the 14th day of September, 1978, and known as Trust Number 5003183, joined by TRACT 76 CORP., a Florida corporation, hereby releases and vacates, as the same apply to the real property as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and designated: -2- Z "Woodmont North Golf Course, Parcel R-1" "Woodmont North Golf Course, Parcel R-2" "Woodmont North Golf Course, Parcel R-3" "Woodmont North Golf Course, Parcel R-4" "Woodmont North Golf Course, Parcel R-5" "Woodmont North Golf Course, Parcel R-6" "Woodmont North Golf Course, Parcel R-7" "Woodmont North Golf Course, Parcel R-8" "Woodmont North Golf Course, Parcel R-9" "Woodmont North Golf Course, Parcel R-10" all of those certain covenants as originally granted in that certain Covenant executed on August 26, 1975, by SIMON ZUNAMON, and recorded in O.R. Book 6450, Page 729 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida; and in that certain Covenant executed on December 21, 1976, by SIMON ZUNAMON, as Trustee, under the provisions of that certain Trust Agreement dated December 21,1972, and known as Trust No. 101, and recorded r in O.R.
