SECTION 2: The City of Tamarac is cognizant of the require- ments of Section 177.101 F.S., and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1953, as amended from time to time, which sets forth a procedure for partial vacation dedications granted in plats and this vacation is contingent upon approval by the Broward County Board of County Commissioners and satisfaction of all requirements of Section 177.101 F.S. and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1953, as amended from time to time, within one year of the date of this approval.
