A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION
OT UTILITY EASEMENT-E-/
FOR WOODMONT NORTH GOLF COURSE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
DF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the Vacation of Easement E- /'; for
WOODMONT NORTH GOLF COURSE, offered by the Tract 76 Corporation and
the City National Bank of Miami, as Trustee #5003183, copy of which
La (attached hereto as Exhibit "A,".is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: The City of Tamarac is cognizant of the require-
nts of Section 177.101 F.S., and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida,
Special Acts of 1953, as amended from time to time, which sets forth
a procedure for partial vacation dedications granted in plats and
this vacation is contingent upon approval by the Broward County
Board of County Commissioners and satisfaction of all requirements of
Section 177.101 F.S. and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special
Acts of 1953, as amended from time to time, within one year of the date of
this approval.
