A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION
OT UTILITY EASEMENT-E-�_
FOR WOODMONT NOR��H GOLF COURSE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
)F TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Vacation of Easement E- 3 o for
ROODMONT NORTH GOLF COURSE, offered by the Tract 76 Corporation and
the City National Bank of Miami, as Trustee #5003183, copy of which
is Cittached hereto as Exhibit "A,",is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: The City of Tamarac is cognizant of the require-
ments of Section 177.101 F.S., and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida,
Special Acts of 1953, as amended from time to time, which sets forth
a procedure for partial vacation dedications granted in plats and
this vacation is contingent upon approval by the Broward County
Board of County Commissioners and satisfaction of all requirements of
Section 177.101 F.S. and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special
Acts of 1953, as amended from time to time, within one year of the date of
this approval.

CORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
88, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE MOST NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF TRACT C
OF SAID LAND SEC. 4 GOLF COURSE PLAT; THENCE NORTH 890
33' 35" WEST, ALONG A NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT C
AND ITS WESTERLY EXTENSION THEREOF, A DISTANCE OF
2774.52 FEET TO A POINT OF CUSP;; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY
ALONG THE ARC OF A TANGENT CURVE BEING CONCAVE TO THE
