A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED BY BROWARD COMPANY, INC. D/B/A
ALL SERVICE REFUSE CO., DIVISION C, FOR
RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE AND TRASH COLLECTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the Cash Performance Bond in the amount of
$10,000.00 posted by Broward Refuse Company, Inc. D/B/A All Service
Refuse Co., Division C pursuant to Residential Garbage and Trash
Collection Contract with the City is hereby released.
