A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
QUIT=CLAIM DEED FROM CHATEAU ASSOCIATES,
LTD..'TO THE CITY OF TAMARAC FOR CERTAIN
ROAD RIGHTS -OF -WAY WITHIN THE PROJECT
PLATTED AS THE VILLAGE AND REFERRED TO AS
WEDGEWOOD.
WHEREAS, Chateau Associates, Ltd. has offered to the City
of Tamarac a Quit -Claim Deed for certain road rights -of -way within
the project platted as THE VILLAGE and now referred to as Wedgewood,
and
WHEREAS, the Quit -Claim Deed has been reviewed by the City
Attorney and City Engineer, who have issued their recommendations
thereon, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interests of
the City to approve and accept the dedication by the Quit -Claim
Deed of said road rights -of -way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Quit -Claim Deed offered by Chateau
Associates, Ltd., to the City of Tamarac for certain road rights -of -
way within the project platted as THE VILLAGE and now referred to
as Wedgewood, a copy of said instrument being attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference, is hereby approved and accepted by
the City of Tamarac for use as a public road.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record
said Quit -Claim Deed in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately.
