CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 80 -�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
RENEWAL AGREEMENT WITH MUNICIPAL CODE
CORPORATION FOR PRODUCTION OF THE
SUPPLEMENTS TO THE TAMARAC CODE OF ORDINANCES
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City Officials are hereby
authorized to execute a renewal agreement with Municipal Code
Corporation for production of Supplements to the Code of
Ordinances for the City of Tamarac, for a period of two (2)
years, renewal automatic from year to year with alteration or
cancellation upon sixty (60) days written notice by either party.
