RESOLUTION NO. R-80-84
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES AND CHARGES
APPLICABLE TO THE UTILITY OWNED BY THE CITY
OF TAMARAC SERVING CUSTOMERS WEST OF STATE
ROAD 7.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The Rate Schedule set forth below shall be
applicable to all customers of the water and sewer utility served
by the City of Tamarac for customers west of State Road 7:
A. SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL - WATER

N. Customers outside of the corporate limits of the City receiving service

SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately'
upon its passage.
