A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A ONE YEAR
EXTENSION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR EMERGENCY
MEDICAL SERVICES BY BROWARD COUNTY WITHIN
THE MUNICIPAL LIMITS OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, that agreement by and between Broward County
and the City of Tamarac provides that said Agreement may be
extended for a one year period by concurrence of the parties; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac desires to extend
said Agreement..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
c,rrTION 1. That the City of Tamarac hereby expresses
its desire to extend its existing Agreement between Broward
County and Tamarac for emergency medical services by Broward County
within the municipal limits of Tamarac for an additional term of
one year. The appropriate City Officials are authorized to
execute any and all documents necessary to extend the Agreement.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be effective upon
adoption.
