RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY.
BOND POSTED BY STEAK & ALE RESTAURANT LOCATED
ON N.W. 64 AVENUE, -BETWEEN COMMERCTAL BOULEVARD
AND N-W. .57. S.TMET, .FOR ENGINEERING IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $15,466.99 was
posted by Steak & Ale Restaurant located on N.W. 64 Avenue, between
Uommercial-Boulevard and N.W. 57 Street, for engineering improvements;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has
found the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommerids release
of said warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said-warranty"bond,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORI=DA:
SECTION li. That the warranty bond in the amount of $15,466.99,
posted by Steak and Ale Restaurant, located on N.W. 64 Avenue,
between Commercial Boulevard and N.W.'57.Street, is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of ,1980.
