CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- Q
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A ONE YEAR
CASH WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY CHARLES AND MARGARET
MINNET FOR A WATER MAIN PROJECT.
WHEREAS, A one year cash warranty bond in the amount of
$1,245.00 was posted by Charles and Margaret Minnet for a water
main project at N.W. 37th Avenue and Commercial Boulevard; and
- WHEREAS, The City Engineer has made an inspection and has
found the work satifactory and, accordingly, recommends release
of said cash warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said cash
warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL --OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the one year cash warranty bond in the
amount of $1,245.00, posted by Charles and Margaret Minnet, for
a water main project at N.W. 37th Avenue and Commercial Boulevard,
is hereby released.
