CITY OF AMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R -80-
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR COMPREHENSIVE
BUSINESS AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE - BID # 80-3
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has heretofore advertised for
bids for Comprehensive Business Automobile Insurance, and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of awarding a bid for
Comprehensive Business Automobile Insurance to the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the bid of Admiral Insurance in the amount
of $35,682.00 , for Comprehensive Business Automobile Insurance,
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: This award is subject to the policy being
cancelled on ten (10) days written notice with no penalty.
