RESOLUTION NO. R-80-97
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
SEVEN (7) NEW POLICE VEHICLES- BID #80-07
WHEREAS:, _ the -City -of- Tainarac ..has --heretofore, advertised for bids
:)r Seven (7) New Police Vehicles, and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of awarding the bid for
Seven (7) New Police Vehicles to the lowest fully responsive and
:-esponsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
)F TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I That the bid of Gary Fronrath Chevrolet, Inc.
in the amount of $7,371.92 per vehicle, for seven (7) New Police
Jehicles, a total purchase price of $51,603.44, is hereby approved.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 9 day of A ril , 1980.
