CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R_ gQ=I?g-
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TREE OF GOLD
AS THE OFFICIAL CITY TREE
WHEREAS, Tamarac has been known for many years as "The
Beautiful City of Tamarac", and
WHEREAS, in keeping with this slogan the Council is desirous
of adopting an official City Tree to symbolize this beauty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the "Tabebuia Argenta" informally known
as The Tree of Gold, is hereby adopted as the official City tree
for all official City purposes.
